Product Marketing Specialist (Contract, 12 months)
The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for localizing product launches, translating high-level GTM strategies, messaging, and key USPs into local market needs. This role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders — including sales, operations, training, and customer-facing teams — to ensure all launch activities are delivered on time. This individual also oversees the development and localization of marketing collateral, including regular audits of marketing material library, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop new assets as needed. The Product Marketing Specialist will also support coordination of industry events. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable leading through influence rather than authority.
Responsibilities:
- Lead local product launch execution, including leading Product Launch Meetings (PLMs), coordinating marketing activities related to launch, and supporting/leading stakeholders in launch execution
- Support Product Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager in execution of platform launch
- Management and auditing of marketing materials
- Lead planning and execution of industry events and tradeshows, including organizing sponsorships; coordinating tables/booths at events and materials to support; coordinating related events, such as customer dinners
- Supporting marketing team with other tasks, as required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead others through project planning and execution

- Ability to work independently, take initiative and demonstrate a curiosity and growth mindset is critical
- Hearing industry and Phonak hearing instrument & Roger product knowledge is a strong benefit

This role's pay range is between:$60,000/yr - $65,000/yr.
