Shipping Clerk
The Packing and Shipping Clerk is responsible for packing, preparing, and shipping customer orders and materials that support both the Production and Service departments. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory support, and quality standards are maintained throughout the shipping process.
Responsibilities
• Spool, pack, and ship new customer orders
• Prepare and ship service and remake orders
• Assist with invoicing and invoice reprints through SAP
• Replenish shipping inventory for ProGo and Shipping areas
• Create, reprint, and delete shipping labels within Agile
• Perform total QC functions in accordance with ISO Quality Policy standards
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout shipping processes
• Support additional production-related functions as assigned by leadership
• Follow all safety, ESD, workplace cleanliness, and company policy requirements
More about you:
• Entry-level opportunity with no previous experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting
• Ability to follow work instructions precisely
• Basic computer skills required
• SAP experience is a plus
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Ability to identify inconsistencies within shipments
• Professional communication skills in English
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $15 - $17.60 hourly
