We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team in Murten. You will play a key role in ensuring that our non-medical products meet the highest quality standards throughout their lifecycle.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Own and continuously improve key quality processes, particularly risk management and CAPA
  • Act as Design Quality Assurance partner for R&D product development projects
  • Review and approve design and project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes, SOPs, and quality requirements
  • Ensure that verification and validation activities meet applicable quality requirements
  • Review and approve proposed changes to products already on the market
  • Support internal and external audits and contribute to maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
  • Promote a quality mindset through training, clear processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities

 

Your profile

 

  • Engineering or scientific background, for example in electronics, mechanics, physics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Design Quality Assurance and risk management
  • Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 (experience with ISO 13485 is an advantage)
  • Background in consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, or a comparable product-driven industry
  • Good understanding of CAPA, product development, verification, and validation processes
  • Confident communication skills in English; German and/or French would be an advantage
  • Experience with electronic document or quality management systems is beneficial
