We are looking for an energetic and organised Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. In this hands-on role, you will manage high-volume recruitment across clinic-based frontline customer service / administration positions, delivering a responsive and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline vacancies at our clinics.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, recruitment priorities and selection criteria.
  • Develop clear, engaging job advertisements and select effective sourcing channels.
  • Proactively source candidates and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Review applications, conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments and interviews.
  • Provide timely, practical advice to hiring managers and support fair, consistent selection decisions.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and deliver a seamless, positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Prepare offers, complete pre-employment checks and support a smooth handover into onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor key measures such as vacancy volumes, time to fill, source effectiveness and recruitment outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes while maintaining quality and compliance.

 

What you will bring

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment agency environment with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit customer service, reception, administration, contact centre, retail or similarly fast-paced frontline roles.
  • Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, service-focused approach.
  • Clear and engaging written and verbal communication.
  • Sound judgement, attention to detail and a commitment to fair and consistent recruitment practices.
  • Confidence using applicant tracking systems, online job boards and direct sourcing tools.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes and try new sourcing approaches.
