Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll support marketing activity across Boots Hearingcare. You’ll help ensure our stores have the right materials at the right time, while also supporting national campaigns, local marketing, product launches, promotions and wider Marketing projects.

The role is based in Nottingham and follows a hybrid working pattern.

The role

This is a varied role that combines marketing coordination with practical delivery. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working at pace and willing to support different priorities across the team.

You'll:

  • Manage printed materials for stores, including posters, leaflets and point-of-sale assets.
  • Work with agencies to create and develop marketing materials and communications.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate and aligned with Boots Hearingcare brand guidelines.
  • Support national brand campaigns by coordinating the accurate and timely delivery of store collateral.
  • Own and maintain the “what good looks like” briefing document, helping store colleagues understand which materials should be displayed and where.
  • Help coordinate new product launches, promotional campaigns and product changes.
  • Maintain the Marketing asset library, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date and correctly version-controlled.
  • Maintain product and price lists, updating information when products, prices or promotions change.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records of marketing expenditure.
  • Help organise events, workshops and meetings.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and materials for internal meetings.
  • Contribute to wider Marketing projects and support the team with additional priorities when required.

Progression & development

This role will give you broad exposure to marketing activity across a national, multi-site healthcare business.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your experience across brand campaigns, retail marketing, local activity, product launches, agency management and customer communications.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Working within a growing healthcare business backed by Sonova.
  • Exposure to national campaigns and marketing activity across the Boots Hearingcare store network.
  • The opportunity to work with teams across Marketing, Retail, Operations and the wider business.
  • Support to develop your marketing, commercial and project-management skills.
  • The opportunity to contribute to wider Marketing projects as your experience develops.

What’s in it for you

  • Competitive salary DOE
  • 25–30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Boots Discount Card
  • Free hearing aids (if required as an employee)
  • Free flu vaccination (discounted for family members)
  • Pension scheme & life assurance
  • Flexible Benefits Box – tailor your package
  • Health Hero wellbeing support – confidential support inside and outside work
  • Long service awards recognising your contribution

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience working within marketing, ideally in a multi-site retail, consumer healthcare or business-to-consumer environment.
  • Experience working with agencies to develop printed marketing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively when circumstances or deadlines change.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a genuine willingness to learn.
  • A strong customer focus and an interest in understanding consumer needs.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues outside your immediate responsibilities when required.
  • Confidence working with data, systems and detailed information.
