Regional Marketing Specialist, Asia Pacific

Across Asia Pacific, we support surgeons, audiologists, recipients, and caregivers across 16+ markets through a mix of direct and distributor markets.
As Regional Marketing Specialist, Asia Pacific, you will support regional campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and cross-functional marketing activities across the region. This is a hands-on role covering content adaptation, digital support, event execution, operational coordination, and AI-enabled marketing initiatives.
This role requires strong interest and hands-on capability in leveraging AI to enhance marketing effectiveness, productivity, and data-driven decision-making across APAC markets
Regional Marketing Operations
• Execute regional campaigns, product launches, webinars, educational programs, and congress activities across APAC
• Drive coordination of marketing timelines, approvals, asset adaptation, and dissemination across APAC markets
• Partner with APAC country teams and regional stakeholders with marketing requests, coordination, and campaign activities
• Maintain the Voice of APAC by consolidating market insights, campaign feedback, and regional inputs to support planning and reporting to global stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives aligned with APAC commercial priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
Content Adaptation & Creative Support
• Adapt and localize marketing materials including brochures, presentations, event assets, email visuals, and digital content
• Develop regional marketing materials to address local and regional business needs where global assets require

• Ensure adapted content aligns with brand standards and applicable local market requirements
Digital Marketing & Platform Support
• Support management of regional digital platforms including websites, email marketing, webinars, social media, and digital resource libraries
• Support lead generation and customer engagement activities through digital campaigns, webinars, email communications, and regional marketing initiatives
• Assist in deployment of digital campaigns and coordination of marketing activities across platforms
• Manage webinar and event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event reporting
• Maintain digital assets and shared marketing repositories to support regional marketing execution
Events & Execution
• Support planning and execution of regional congresses, workshops, webinars, meetings, and product launches
• Coordinate event logistics, attendee communications, and marketing materials to ensure successful execution
• Develop and coordinate congress-specific materials and exhibition asset
• Drive post-event reporting, follow-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
AI-Enabled Marketing & Automation
• Evaluate and support implementation of AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and effectivenes
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to generate insights and enhance customer engagement
• Support personalized engagement and lead generation initiatives using AI-enabled approaches
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven and AI-enabled insights
Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with external vendors including event suppliers, printers, translation vendors, and marketing production vendor
• Coordinate vendor briefs, timelines, quality checks, and invoicing
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with APAC marketing teams, distributors, Clinical, Education & Training, Sales, and external vendors to support regional marketing activities
• Support additional marketing projects and operational initiatives as assigned by the line manager
More about you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, digital markteting, business or related field with minimum 2-5 years minimum of relevant practical experience in marketing co-ordination , digital marketing, event management, content adaptation, or regional maketing roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing ( content generation, analytics, automation). Understanding of how AI improves campaign performance and targeting.
• Experience with Marketing automation, CRM , and reporting tools
• Team-Player with strong communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills with ability to work successfully in an intensely collaborative environment with a broad range of people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
