Director Product Management
As Director Product Management – Lead Generation, you build our online lead generation business for the Asia Pacific Region from the ground up. You design the business model and the underlying end-to-end processes from scratch - from Ad impression through to Lead handover - and turn them into a scalable, measurable operation that improves conversion from awareness into consideration. This is a hands-on individual contributor role without disciplinary responsibility, in an environment that is still unstructured and where much of what is needed does not exist yet. As a key contributor to a smaller, yet quickly expanding team, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on people’s lives.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
- Design and build the business model for online lead generation from scratch, including commercial logic, unit economics, and the target operating model.
- Define, document, and implement the end-to-end processes from Ad impression to CRM communication after Lead Creation, and establish the governance to run them.
- Drive UX and conversion improvements through research, testing, and iterative design, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Set up and manage the marketing technology stack from the ground up to enable efficient campaign execution and tracking.
- Establish robust data collection and reporting frameworks for product analytics and measurement where none exist today.
- Represent the business model build-up towards the Leadership team, communicating progress, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Your background:
- Proven track record of building business models, processes, and structures from the ground up in unstructured, ambiguous environments (start-up, scale-up, or new market entry); ability to drive cross-functional projects without formal authority and deliver measurable results.
- 7+ years in digital product management, or digital business building, with a strong hands-on delivery track record
- Excellent project management skills and understanding of PM methodologies
- Strong understanding of Online Marketing and the Digital Landscape, Conversion Optimisation, UX principles, and MarTech.
- Experience in lead generation is preferred; healthcare or hearing care is a plus
- Revenue Management and P&L experience is a plus
