HR Services Specialist
As a HR Specialist, you`ll be a key member of the newly forming HR Services team in our regional Headquarters. You will take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for employees across all departments and levels. You will act as the go-to partner for accurate, timely, and service-oriented administrative support for employees and line managers on a day-to-day basis on all HR matters.
Working closely with HR Business Partners and HR Managers, you will help deliver consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding.
More about the role:
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
- Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English
- Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
- Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments
More about you:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, with a good understanding of the HR employee lifecycle
- Familiar with HR processes and systems, and understands HR best practices
- Team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially in Excel)
- Proficiency in English, Japanese/Korean is considered a plus

- User experience in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (SNOW) and SAP
