HR Project Manager
As a Project Manager within our Global HR Operations team, you are the operational backbone of our strategic HR Shared Services transformation. You will play a pivotal role in the successful rollout of our global HR services delivery model across the APAC region by 2027. This is not just an administrative role; you are the guardian of process and governance, ensuring that our transition to a standardized, world-class HR service experience runs seamlessly.
More about the role:
- Steer the Project Engine: You will be responsible for the administrative and operational execution of our APAC HR SSC rollout program. This includes orchestrating project meetings (from Steering Committees to Working Groups), documenting critical decisions, and ensuring every action item has a clear owner and timeline.
- Governance & Tracking: Maintain the "single source of truth" for the project. You will manage comprehensive logs of actions, decisions, and risks, providing structured support to stakeholders and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Transparency & Reporting: Support the Program Manager in creating high-impact progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. You will monitor timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure the project stays on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies. You will propose and implement process enhancements to improve the transparency and effectiveness of our project management practices.
More about you:
- Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experienced: You bring 5-7 years of experience in a PMO or project management role, ideally within a global corporate environment.
- Process & Tool Proficiency: You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and possess a keen eye for detail. Experience with HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) is a strong advantage.
- The Connector: You excel at coordinating with multi-site, cross-cultural teams. You have the ability to influence team members without direct authority and can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Adaptable & Proactive: You thrive in changing environments and are comfortable addressing conflicts arising from competing priorities. Your problem-solving skills ensure risks are mitigated before they become issues.
- Global Communicator: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

We want to create an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work.
