Senior Cyber Security Incident Response
Manage activities to establish Sonova's IT security and monitor possible risks. Lead complex incident responses and advice senior management on security strategies on a global / enterprise level. Select, design and assist with the implementation of security solutions for our global IT system landscape.
More about the role:
- Designs and Implements policies, procedures and controls, within the IT security management framework that meet defined regulations and standards for IT security.
- Analyze business needs as well as complex technology-related security threats, risks or issues and implement measures for the protection of critical systems.
- Coordinate and monitor regular security checks and risk assessments and drive the development of escalation procedures and report on various risk scenarios and remedial measures to senior management.
- Ensure that security is sufficiently implemented into development, selection, installation, configuration and roll-out of hardware, applications and software.
- Communicate to stakeholders about the status and impact of security incidents. support on complex IT security related queries to the business and conducts IT security trainings across different audiences.
- Handle severe or complex IT security or data breach incidents.
- Functionally lead an IT security team and/or mentors less experienced security specialists/engineers.
- Ensure IT supplier delivery on time, on quality and on cost.
- Stay compliant and secure.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in information management, computer science, business management or similar.
- At least 8 years domain-specific experience with 2 years international experience.

- Experience with for the role relevant technologies, solutions, methodologies.
- Keep updated on latest IT technologies, trends and developments relevant to your role.
- Experience in dealing with IT suppliers, financial budgeting, control and reporting.
- Evaluates complex situation, make decisions with broader business impact, and provides guidance to others.
