Audiology Innovation Manager (m/f/d)
As an Audiology Innovation Manager, you will be the audiological expert for an assigned product portfolio. You will connect clinical expertise, product development, scientific evidence, and marketing to help deliver solutions that create meaningful benefits for hearing care professionals and consumers.
Working closely with R&D, Business Units, product and launch teams, you will provide audiological input throughout the product lifecycle, from early concepts and feature definition to validation, claims substantiation, launch execution, training, and post-launch activities.

- Serve as the audiological application specialist and subject matter expert for an assigned product portfolio.
- Build a deep understanding of how products are fitted and used, their audiological performance, and the benefits they provide to target consumer groups.
- Partner with R&D, Business Units, Solutions Management, Marketing Communications, and launch teams to shape product and feature development.
- Define audiological claims and contribute to validation studies, confirmatory studies, benchmarking, and post-market clinical follow-up activities.
- Ensure that product marketing content is audiologically accurate, evidence-based, and appropriately substantiated.
- Create audiological content, training materials, insights, and demonstration tools to support product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Deliver launch-related train-the-trainer sessions in partnership with the Training Excellence Manager, preparing regional teams for effective and consistent local deployment.
- Partner with the Training Excellence Manager to identify learning needs and translate audiological, scientific, and product information into practical, audience-appropriate learning experiences and resources.
- Monitor customer needs, market trends, performance drivers, and competitive solutions relevant to the portfolio.
- Contribute to professional and scientific communications, including congress presentations, blogs, podcasts, white papers, data insights, and best-practice materials.
- Build relationships with internal and external experts, Group Companies, and Audiological Care.

Must-have
- A recognized university-level degree in Audiology.
- Clinical experience in hearing aid fitting and rehabilitation.
- A deep understanding of audiological and clinical principles, information, and practices.
- Strong training, presentation, and writing skills.
- The ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate content.
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A solution-oriented, flexible, and results-focused approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPress, with the ability to track and analyze data using Excel and dashboards.

- A master’s degree.
- Industry experience.
- An interest in hearing industry digital solutions, such as apps.
- German language skills.
