Data Scientist (m/f/d)
As a Data Scientist, you will transform large-scale real-world data into meaningful insights that improve products, patient journeys, and business decisions. Working within an interdisciplinary, agile R&D environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, product marketing, and business stakeholders to develop innovative data-driven solutions for the hearing care industry. - Translate business and stakeholder requirements into data-driven analytics and digital solutions that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics using large-scale real-world product data to enhance products, applications, and customer experiences.
- Apply statistical methods and AI techniques to health-related datasets to generate actionable clinical and business insights.
- Analyze user behavior and product usage data to better understand customer needs, preferences, and patient journeys.
- Support the development, governance, and maintenance of data catalogues and data assets.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary R&D, engineering, product management, and business teams in an agile environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, identifying opportunities to translate innovation into product features and business value.
More about you
- Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD is an advantage.
- 4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, predictive modelling, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and modern data architectures.
- Experience within MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or a related scientific field such as psychology, audiology, or health sciences is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation with a strong interest in applying the latest AI developments to real-world healthcare challenges.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
