About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales professional with a strong hunter mindset to support our growth in Taiwan. This role focuses on new business acquisition, identifying untapped opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

What You’ll Do


Lead Generation & Prospecting
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and targeted account research.


Strategic Sales & Account Mapping
Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers across target organisations to drive deal success.


Consultative Selling (Problem-Finding)
Uncover customer needs and pain points through effective questioning, identifying gaps in current solutions.



Competitive Selling

Develop strategies to win customers from competitors, addressing switching barriers and positioning strong value propositions.


Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.


Territory Management
Independently plan and manage sales territory, including frequent travel across Taiwan to maximise coverage and productivity.


Sales Presentations
Deliver compelling product and solution presentations, addressing customer needs and objections.


CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales progress in CRM systems.

 

What We’re Looking For

Strong “hunter” mindset with a passion for new business acquisition
Proven experience in field sales / B2B business development
Fluency in Mandarin is required; working proficiency in English preferred
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Taiwan
Candidates who possess their own transport will be an advantage
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to navigate complex organisations and stakeholders
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Good planning and organisational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
