Senior Manager, North America Marketing

Location: North America (Hybrid/Remote as applicable)

At Advanced Bionics, we're dedicated to transforming lives through innovative hearing technology. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager, North America Marketing to lead regional marketing efforts that drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial success across the North American market.

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Global Marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing strategies, optimize product launches, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll also lead a talented marketing team while shaping the future of our brand and customer engagement efforts throughout North America.

What You'll Do

Drive North America Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support short- and long-term business objectives
  • Ensure alignment between North American marketing activities and global brand, messaging, and strategic objectives
  • Partner with North American Sales Leadership to communicate product strategy, priorities, and marketing initiatives
  • Lead regional execution of product launches, positioning, messaging, and campaigns
  • Develop and execute Quarterly Plans of Action (QPA) to drive business performance

Lead a High-Performing Marketing Team

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of marketers, marketing communications professionals, and event/conference specialists
  • Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with business objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented culture
  • Support employee growth through coaching, development planning, and continuous feedback

Strengthen Customer Engagement & Brand Presence

  • Contribute to the customer journey strategy and develop compelling marketing collateral that drives engagement and brand preference
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer insights and data quality across the North American market
  • Develop strategies that increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Identify and engage influential customers and clinical leaders who can help advance Advanced Bionics' market presence
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure North American customer needs are represented and addressed

Support Product & Commercial Success

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve launch effectiveness and campaign performance
  • Drive field engagement activities alongside sales representatives to increase product adoption and customer confidence
  • Lead initiatives that optimize product offerings and improve market profitability
  • Manage the North American marketing budget and ensure alignment with regional business priorities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline

Experience

  • 3+ years of product marketing and/or marketing management experience within medical devices, healthcare, or consumer products
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience or 5+ years leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in upstream and/or downstream marketing
  • Experience supporting product launches and commercial growth initiatives
  • North American market experience
  • Sales experience or strong sales partnership experience preferred
  • Cochlear implant, hearing healthcare, or clinical industry experience preferred

This role's pay range is between: $114,00 – $155,000. This role is also bonus eligible. Compensation packages are based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
