Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Are you a strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment? We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver impactful HR solutions across talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations. You'll also play a key role in driving HR transformation and leveraging AI-enabled technologies to enhance decision-making and employee experiences.

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and develop people strategies that support organizational goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on a broad range of HR matters

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning
  • Support employee development strategies that strengthen organizational capability and performance
  • Help identify and address talent risks while building strong leadership pipelines

Change Management & Transformation

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives and help leaders navigate change effectively
  • Drive HR transformation projects that improve efficiency, employee experience, and business outcomes
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Data-Driven HR Leadership

  • Analyze workforce metrics, turnover trends, engagement results, and talent data
  • Provide leaders with actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making
  • Measure and communicate the impact of people initiatives on business performance

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Advise leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, and workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with Global HR and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions

HR Innovation & Technology

  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled HR technologies and digital tools
  • Leverage data and technology to improve employee experiences and drive more effective people decisions
  • Promote innovative approaches that enhance organizational effectiveness and HR service delivery

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on people and business strategies
  • Experience working within a global matrixed organization
  • Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep understanding of LOAs, time keeping,  accommodations, compliance, employee engagement
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, especially California employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

 This role's pay range is between: $131,560/yr - $170,000/yr. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
