We are looking for an experienced HR Continuous Improvement Manager to join our HR Strategy & Innovation Office and help shape the future of HR operations. More about the role
- Drive Continuous Improvement and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across Sonova's global HR functions, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and enhance HR processes
- Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Standard Work, and Lean Six Sigma, to deliver measurable business impact
- Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks, and improve service delivery and operational excellence
- Support the adoption of AI-powered solutions and digital tools that enhance productivity, employee experience, and HR effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops, coach stakeholders, and help build a culture of Continuous Improvement across the HR organization
- Act as a change agent by challenging existing ways of working and driving sustainable process improvements aligned with quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor, measure, and communicate the progress, impact, and outcomes of improvement initiatives to senior HR leadership
- Lead and coach cross-functional project teams across a global matrix, building alignment and ownership without relying on formal line authority
More about you
Must-have
- University degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Lean certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement within a global or matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and structured problem-solving approaches
- Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and build alignment across functions and organizational levels
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive and self-driven mindset
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and HR technology platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD
