HR Services Manager

As an HR Services Manager, you will lead HR Services delivery across the assigned region, ensuring high-quality, compliant and efficient HR Operations throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will lead and develop HR Services teams, ensure operational stability and service performance, and drive continuous improvement, standardization and service excellence. You will also play a key role in transitions, stabilization activities and the continuous development of our HR Services operating model.

 

More about the role : 

 

  • Lead HR Services delivery across the assigned region, ensuring consistent service quality and alignment with business priorities.
  • Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and HR Services professionals, fostering accountability, engagement and continuous development.
  • Manage capacity, workload, priorities and resources to ensure efficient and stable service delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR Operations activities, including employee data, onboarding, contracts, employee changes, exits and payroll-related HR administration.
  • Monitor service performance, quality, workload, SLAs, risks and customer experience, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex HR Operations cases and partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, COEs, local HR and other stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
  • Lead or support transitions and stabilization of new countries, processes or service lines into HR Services.
  • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen governance through clear processes, documentation, reporting and escalation mechanisms.
  • Contribute to HR Operations strategy and support the implementation of new HR systems, tools, workflows and digital solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams and countries.

 

More about you : 

 

  • University degree or equivalent education in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, HR Administration or a Shared Services environment, preferably in an international organization.
  • Proven experience in people leadership and managing operational priorities in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, HR systems and payroll dependencies.
  • Experience with service performance management, process improvement, standardization and operational governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Structured and resilient approach, with strong ownership, accountability and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance operational delivery with longer-term transformation and improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent English.
  • Additional European language : German, Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch . 

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Team Leaders or larger regional teams.
  • Experience with HR Services transitions, stabilization or Shared Services transformation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP or similar HR systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, change management or project management.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, automation or AI-supported HR solutions.
