Inventory Manager
As a Inventory Manager you will play a key role in ensuring inventory health, material availability, and supply chain continuity across our global operations.
You will act as a subject matter expert for inventory management, replenishment, DRP, SAP processes, and material master data, working closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and regional Materials teams.
You will drive inventory optimization, support shortage resolution, improve supply chain processes, and help implement global standards through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Own and support global inventory management, replenishment, DRP, and material master data processes.

Monitor inventory performance, shortages, risks, and service impacts, driving corrective actions.

Lead shortage escalation and coordinate mitigation activities across functions.

Support inventory optimization initiatives to improve service, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

Use SAP, reporting tools, and analytics to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

Maintain dashboards and reporting for inventory performance and supply chain risks.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Collaborate with global teams and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices.
More about you

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, inventory management, or planning.

Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, replenishment, DRP, and supply chain processes.

Experience with SAP inventory/planning processes and material master data.

Understanding of manufacturing environments and multi-site supply chains.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Lean/Six Sigma improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across global teams.

Fluent English.
Nice to have:

SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Power BI, SQL experience.

APICS CPIM/CSCP certification.

Lean Six Sigma certification.

Experience in healthcare, medtech, or manufacturing industries.

German language skills.
