Procurement Analyst
As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming procurement data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.
Working closely with our Corporate Purchasing team, you will develop reports and dashboards to monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic procurement initiatives. Your analytical expertise will help optimize procurement processes and contribute to operational excellence across the organization.

- Analyze procurement and supplier data to identify performance trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Design and develop clear, insightful dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and optimization of spend and pricing management tools.
- Perform spend, pricing, and budget analyses to support strategic procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvements based on data analysis.
- Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and supply chain risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement Operational Excellence.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and business-oriented manner.
More about you :
- At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business analytics.
- Education preferably in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience within Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage with diverse internal and external partners
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or spend analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
