Join Sonova Consumer Hearing / Sennheiser and become part of an international finance team supporting entities across the EMEA region.

This position supports the Sales & Marketing departments in financial decision making and ensures transparency, efficiency and compliance across financial processes.  This position requires working closely with teams across the organization and having a positive impact on overall business performance.

Possible locations: Warsaw, Poland; Hannover, Germany ; Tullamore, Ireland; Marlow, UK

 

More about the role :

 

  • Perform comprehensive analysis on sales drivers including the impact of product mix and ASP.
  • Perform pricing and discounting analysis to quantify the impact of sales promotions on net sales.
  • Understand the impact of marketing promotions and campaigns on Sales.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • Review and post transactions relevant to the balance sheet and P&L.
  • Perform general ledger, subledger, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting process for Sales and Marketing.  Create detailed budget vs, actuals variance analysis as well as year over year analysis.  Identify primary cost drivers.
  • Prepare internal and external financial reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements,
  • Ensure compliance with internal control systems and financial regulations.

 

More about you :

 

  • Bachelor or masters degree in finance / accounting / controlling
  • 5+ years  of professional experience in the finance department in an international environment
  • 3+ years experience in controlling of sales / marketing departments
  • MS Office with advanced Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills and high affinity for IT.
  • Independent, structured working style and strong team and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, German knowledge  is a plus
  • Experience with JDE is a plus
