Senior HR Services Specialist
As a Senior HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR administration services throughout the employee lifecycle while acting as a subject matter expert for complex HR cases. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Payroll and managers to ensure an excellent employee experience and drive continuous improvement of HR processes.

Managing complex HR administrative requests from employees and managers in German and English.

Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Preparing and processing employment contracts, contract amendments and other HR documentation.

Maintaining employee data in SuccessFactors/SAP and ensuring excellent data quality.

Coordinating onboarding activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as IT, Facilities and Payroll.

Preparing payroll-related documentation and ensuring timely data transfer to Payroll.

Supporting employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, changes in working hours, maternity leave, unpaid leave, retirements and other contractual changes.

Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and systems.

Acting as second-level support for HR systems, including time management solutions.

Supporting annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews, bonus processes and long-term incentive plans.

Liaising with external authorities regarding social insurance and employment administration.

Participating in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
More about you :

Commercial education or equivalent; additional HR qualification is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration within an international environment.

Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR administration processes.

Experience supporting payroll preparation and HR annual processes.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

High level of accuracy, confidentiality and reliability.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).

Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP is considered a strong advantage.

Knowledge of German or Austrian labour law would be an asset.
