Senior IT Manager HR Technology

As Senior IT Manager HR Technology , you will lead a team of SAP SuccessFactors specialists responsible for supporting Sonova’s global HR processes .

You will ensure strong module ownership, build internal expertise and establish reliable backup coverage across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with IT and HR stakeholders across Poland, Switzerland and the USA.

This is a leadership role combining people management, SAP SuccessFactors expertise and operational ownership. You will play an important role in strengthening Sonova’s internal HR technology capabilities and creating a sustainable, well-structured module ownership model.

 

More about the role :

 

  • Lead and develop a team of SAP SuccessFactors specialists, including recruitment, performance management and skills development.
  • Ensure each SAP SuccessFactors module has a clearly defined owner and capable deputy.
  • Build and retain internal expertise and drive knowledge transfer from external partners.
  • Ensure high-quality solution design, configuration, documentation and release readiness.
  • Balance team capacity across support, change requests and project activities.
  • Ensure effective system operations, user support, training and continuous improvement.
  • Manage personnel and operational budgets and support long-term cost optimization.
  • Work with strategic IT partners to ensure technical quality, documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction and business value.
  • Provide feasibility and effort input to the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap.

 

More about you :

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Information Management, Business Management or a related field.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession or Learning.
  • Experience leading distributed or international teams.
  • Experience managing IT suppliers and external partners.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop specialists and build internal expertise.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a changing environment.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
