Senior Sales Process Manager

Operating within our Wholesale Excellence team across EMEA & LATAM, as Senior Sales Process Manager you will play a key role in enabling our sales organizations to work in a clear, consistent, and effective way. You will define and shape how sales processes are designed, ensuring they support business objectives and are effectively used across countries. In return for your structured approach, strong collaboration skills, and hands-on sales understanding, you will join a highly international and cross-functional environment where your work directly supports sales performance and operational excellence.

 

More about the role:

 

  • Define, standardize, and elevate sales processes, ensuring clarity of purpose, roles, and accountability across markets and teams 
  • Drive adoption at scale, ensuring processes are not only designed, but truly lived and embedded in daily sales execution Continuously
  • Continuously evolve our ways of working, leveraging data, field insights, and best practices from top-performing teams to stay ahead
  • Monitor and optimize process execution, leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track how processes are followed, measure performance through relevant KPIs, and ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Translate strategy into execution through compelling sales playbooks, training frameworks, and practical tools that empower teams 
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify, accelerate, and strengthen sales performance

 

More about you:

 

  • Proven experience as a sales representative in a customer-facing role (e.g., field sales or inside sales); experience in sales operations is a strong plus
  • Experience in the hearing aids or medical technology industry is a strong advantage
  • Ability to create sales materials such as playbooks, guidelines, and training contents for sales teams 
  • Strong understanding of how sales processes work in practice and how they support business performance 
  • Highly structured and analytical, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear and usable guidance 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and countries 
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments 
  • Proficiency in English and strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and process mapping tools 
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity and driving change without direct authority
