This is an opportunity to join Boots Hearingcare as a Senior Regional Sales Manager, leading a multi-site region to deliver commercial growth, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes across a complex and fast-paced healthcare retail environment.

 

You’ll take ownership of regional performance across multiple clusters, leading and developing Cluster Managers while driving sales, customer experience, engagement, and operational delivery- backed by the scale, investment and innovation of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The role

As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead regional clusters to deliver commercial, operational, and customer performance targets
  • Coach, develop, and support Cluster Managers and regional leadership teams
  • Drive sales growth, productivity, and continuous improvement across the region
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve underperformance
  • Conduct regular cluster and store visits to assess performance and provide coaching
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer care and service quality across all locations
  • Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development across the region
  • Manage regional budgets and operational performance
  • Identify opportunities for growth, revenue improvement, and cost efficiencies
  • Support network planning, including new store openings and operational changes
  • Lead engagement initiatives and help foster a high-performance culture aligned to Sonova values
  • Handle escalated operational, customer, and people-related issues effectively

 

You’ll be trusted to lead from the front, influence performance, and drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong multi-site leadership experience within retail, healthcare retail, or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Proven experience delivering commercial growth and operational performance
  • Experience leading and developing leadership teams across multiple locations
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management capability
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, budgets, and regional performance metrics
  • Ability to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability within fast-paced environments
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region

 

Desirable

  • Experience within hearingcare, healthcare, or regulated retail environments
  • Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams
  • Exposure to operational transformation or business change initiatives
