IT Services Professional
Deliver effective and user-focused IT support by helping employees resolve technical issues, adopt digital tools, and improve their productivity. Act as a key contact for troubleshooting, training, and promoting best practices. Supporting multiple sites or a large site.

End-User & Endpoint Technical Support
- Multichannel Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, delivering exceptional in-person, phone, and remote diagnostic support.
- Lifecycle Management: Handle hardware provisioning, software deployment, system installation, and configuration for end-user laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software anomalies efficiently under tight timeframes.
Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Administration
- Identity & Access Management: Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) to manage user provisioning, group policies, and permissions security.
- Unified Endpoint Management: Leverage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, mobile device management (MDM), configuration profiles, and application delivery.
- SaaS Administration: Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, optimizing configurations for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and related workplace tools.
- Network & Server Systems: Assist in basic system administration, tracking corporate network LAN and WAN functionality (routing, switching, Wi-Fi), and server uptime.
Operations, Asset, & Vendor Management
- Service Desk Operations: Log, track, categorize, and close tickets within an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management platform, ensuring compliance with internal SLAs.
- Asset Tracking: Manage the IT asset lifecycle from procurement through auditing, maintenance, and secure decommissioning.
- Vendor & Budget Support: Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers, monitoring technical deliveries and supporting annual IT budget planning.
- Documentation Standards: Author and maintain comprehensive internal technical guides, system configurations, and user-facing self-help documentation.
- Project Delivery: Assist in planning, testing, and implementing office IT infrastructure expansions, hardware rollouts, or collaborative system upgrades.
Workplace Automation & Audio-Visual Systems
- AV Systems: Set up, configure, and maintain modern office conferencing AV systems to ensure smooth hybrid meetings on Teams.
- Security Baselines: Maintain endpoint security compliance by monitoring malware protection, installing patches, and identifying cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
More about you
Technical Proficiency
- Strong foundational knowledge of corporate networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Windows/macOS operating systems.
- Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Intune MDM environments is highly preferred.
- Practical familiarity with ITIL frameworks and professional IT ticketing software.
