Requirements Engineer

To help us create products that are both impactful and reliable, we are looking for a Requirements Engineer who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity and collaborating across diverse teams.
In this role, you will act as a key link between engineering, quality, verification, and business stakeholders, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, understood, and translated into successful solutions.

- Define, analyze, and maintain product requirements for innovative hearing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on product features, functionality, and expectations
- Create and maintain clear, structured, and testable requirements and specifications
- Ensure requirements comply with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations
- Maintain traceability between user needs, product requirements, test cases, and risks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements engineering practices, processes, and tools
- Participate in project development teams and support the successful delivery of new product features
More about you
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
- Further education or training in Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product development, ideally in a Requirements Engineering or similar role
- Experience defining, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle
- Understanding of hardware and/or software development processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Adaptable, collaborative, proactive, and a strong team player
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- IREB Foundation Level, INCOSE, or similar certification
- Experience in regulated industries and/or medical device development
- Familiarity with tools such as Polarion, Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
- German language skills
