Senior IT Project Manager HR Technology

As Senior IT Project Manager HR Technology you will manage complex HR Technology projects and govern the demand entering the HR Technology function. Acting as the key link between HR and IT, you will ensure that initiatives are properly defined, prioritized, resourced and funded before delivery.

You will also oversee release and change governance, capacity planning and strategic IT partner management.

 

More about the role :

 

  • Own the HR Technology demand management process from intake to delivery.
  • Lead complex, international IT projects from planning through to successful delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and risks.
  • Translate the HR Technology roadmap into clear and achievable delivery plans.
  • Coordinate release and change governance with Module Owners.
  • Manage capacity across internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including the Eiger G3 and Global Merit programme.
  • Manage strategic IT suppliers, including contracts, budgets, performance and delivery quality.
  • Provide clear communication and progress updates to senior stakeholders.

 

More About You : 

 

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Business Management or a related field.
  • Around 7 years of project management experience, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex IT projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience with demand, release or change governance.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
  • Experience with HR Technology/HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Experience managing IT suppliers and project budgets.
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
